– the smoking chamber is fully equipped with automatic equipment for hermetic meat processing. Combination of drying, smoking, cooking;
– made of stainless steel;
– doors, floors, and ceilings are insulated with polyurethane foam;
– fan, fresh air valve, smoke generator;
– electric heating / for gas heating, burner WG-5, WG-10 is installed;
– electronic control system with microprocessors;
– temperature regulation is performed by sensors that show the temperature and humidity in the room and the middle of the products.
* The beneficiary provides and installs pipes for fresh air, the air supply to the cage, electric cable.
There is an option to add the following elements to the steam chamber:
– Software for remote control and Internet control
– SMS control – to send SMS if needed
– Identification of the operator with a chip card
– Door with large window / 68×140 cm /
– Smoking trolley / horizontal treatment
– Styling grille / 1 piece / per floor
