Automatic bag filling and palletizing line from 10.0 to 50.0 kilos for “Open Mouth” packets on euro pallet 1200х800х146mm is the new addition in our collection of packaging systems and production lines. The system is designed to ensure competitive performance and accuracy of dosing.

The machine has the following features:

1. Dosage system in bags from 20 to 50 kilos, with an electronic pre-dosing measuring scale. Frequency Control Dosing Screw, Electronic Weighing, Cutting Valve, Dosing Receiver with Vibrator, Vibrating Bundle, Discarding Device.
2. Four-positions Carousel includes 4 closing mechanisms. The four positioning mechanisms rotate by a motor with frequency control. The supporting structure of the frame is designed with two scales with pre-dosing from 10 to 50kg. Each scale is combined with a frequency-controlled dosing auger with a capacity of 20 tons per hour. After the scales there is a collecting cone for moving the product to one of the positions of the carousel with a total capacity of up to 25 tons of flour per hour for 50kg bags. Two positions of vibrator to compact the product if necessary.
3. A system for automatically loading the empty package to the outlet of the packaging machine. The system takes the empty package through a vacuum suction cup and transports it to the exit of the packing machine. There, after the completion of the previous cycle, the new package is fed and trapped by pneumatics.
4. Automatic label feeding and sewing to the package. Labels are paper and loaded into a predefined slot. They are taken from the socket with a vacuum and fed automatically during stitching.
5. Automatic sewing mechanism, including a series of sewing heads, with added automatic thread cutting, automatic feeding of the sewing bag, the possibility of adding a label feeder (option). The orientation of the packages is orthogonal and freely configurable both in number and orientation, given the stability of the pallet for transport.
