3. Feta cheese vat plus cheese press and weights
The trolley – the press is used for pressing and straining the cheddar cheese to produce cheese and various kinds of hard cheeses. The compression is performed using a pneumatically driven clamping device. The bath is provided with wheels, which makes it mobile and maneuverable.
