– The machine is serviced by 1 person as a result of specialized photo control and servomotors. As a result of the main drive servomotor and photo control, the losses reach to 0%.
– Full control by Internet for setup and parameterization of the machine.

Automatic Packing Line includes:
• Filling Module
• Closing Module

1. Filling module
• Dosing module with small hopper 25 kg,
• Automatic picking of an empty package,
• Automatic opening with fan HRD60 FU-105/5,5
• Automatic filling with high accuracy of servomotor dosing
• Photo barriers to control quality –in the movement of the package.

2. Closing module:
• Centrally driven servomotor, which significantly reduces production shortages. Automatic lubrication of the central drive.
• Step-by-step movement of the bag by a comb.
• 1st folding of the upper part of the bag
• gluing (hot melt) – Valco Melton
• 2nd folding and top flattening by a press, pneumatically activated
• side pressing of the bag (pneumatically activated) to shape the bag and giving the brick form
• Weigh scale for control weight of every packet

3. Shrink packer:
• Buffer transporter of the packs.
• Grouping the packs on a stack 2х5.
• Passes the stack to a thermal foiling tunnel using thermal shrinking foil
