Elica 714 designed for cleaning and calibration of all types of seeds aiming to a good separation of the small fraction from the main material flow.

The High-performance Air-screen cleaner works on four principles- aspiration, pre-cleaning, fine cleaning, and grading.

We are offering cleaners with both traditional and special closed-cycle aspirations. While the previous requires additional equipment like the cyclone, the latter manages the aspiration operation by recycling and using the same air within the machine.

This type of aspiration improves the working conditions, save costs on maintenance and electricity.

Other advantages of this aspiration system are:

• It prevents the polluting of the environment around the machine
• Allows air conditioning of the room
• Saves space and facilitates easier installation

The automatic system (PLC) provides speed rotor control and fine setting of the aspiration. The software allows the machine’s operator to create, save, organize, and use again certain settings. These presets are saving time when preparing the machine for different types of crops.
