The high quality of dehulling is achieved by integrating the special shape of the dehulling profile with a rounded edge, resulting in a reduced percentage of broken kernels (chips).

We offer dehullers manage to distribute the incoming material evenly along its entire width of the construction by providing an option to regulate the feeder’s speed. Without any need to repeating the cycle, the equipment achieves high quality of the final product. The system is provided with a remote control computer system to control the whole process. The dehuller has an integrated magnetic separator to capture the metal particles contained in the material flow. The service lifetime of the wear parts is extended because of the wear-resistant materials used in the production. The equipment is built to be maintained fast and easy. The engineering team designed the installations integrating Closed Loop Chain Conveyor for better process efficiency. Furthermore, the ABZ Closed Cycle Aspiration is used to save space, energy, and improve the working conditions.
