This is a hybrid onion of the scallion variety. It is suitable for both early and late growth due to the shiny waxing cover on the leaves, which provides significant temperature protection in colder weather or extreme summer heat. Milena F1 does not form bulbs, but it has lush, dark green top leaves and it rarely forms flower stems even after passing the vegetation period of 65-70 days (the period can increase due to colder temperatures).
