The interior is white, fragile, and with a very pleasant taste. Suitable for direct consumption and freezing. The winter white turnip is planted in the second half of July to mid- August sowing scattered or in rows 14 – 30 cm between rows. It is sown to a depth of 3-4 cm. The seeds sprout in 4-6 days. Soil moisture should be maintained evenly. Root crops are harvested in October and November before winter colds occur.
