Description
Garden peas variety Skinado is an annual herbaceous plant is grown as a spring crop that can be sown in winter or early spring. High-yielding medium-wound, semi-resilient variety. It forms a low shrubby, well-branched stem with a height of 60 – 70 cm. The beans are deep green, with 7 – 8 medium-sized grains with a delicate texture and excellent taste, which are preserved when sterilized. Ripe seeds are wrinkled, creamy green in color.
The sowing rate is 20-25 kg/ha. (about 100,000 seeds per acre). The winter sowing of pea seeds is from mid-October to mid-November until the soil freezes. Spring sowing is from late February to mid-March. Distance from one another a 15 cm row sowing is used between the rows and 5 cm inside the row.
