Our greenhouses are designed from strong galvanized steel thick-walled thick-walled construction with 3/4″ pipe and wall thickness 2.5 mm.
The construction of the greenhouses is built of arches every 1m, as each arch is driven into the ground 50cm with the help of additional pipes. For greater wind resistance, greenhouses have two pairs of wind connections at both ends, and for larger ones from 5 to 8m wide, there are additional supports in the middle every 2m. Depending on the length of the models over 10m length, we install 2 more pairs of additional reinforcement pipes in the middle to ensure the strength and stability of the greenhouses. Our greenhouses can withstand a snow load of more than 100 kg/m², as well as strong winds with high speed. The greenhouses are equipped with two hinged doors and side reinforcing hot-dip galvanized pipes and rails.
We offer greenhouses with different sizes. Width/ W / from 3 to 8m, height/ H / at the ridge from 2.10 m to 3.50 m and length/ L / from 4 to 30m.
The cover of the greenhouses is made of 4mm transparent polycarbonate panels with UV protection and service life over 10 years. The polycarbonate coating has excellent permeability to use sunlight and very good thermal insulation, by dint of even in the slightest rays of the sun the greenhouses heat up quickly. The polycarbonate is attached to the structure using screws with rubber washers.
