High-yielding medium-early variety with a vegetation period of 100 – 110 days, with medium-sized, round, dark red, juicy, and fragile roots. It is grown by direct sowing or seedling. Called the “vitamin bomb”, red beet is not only useful and dietary but also delicious when cooked spicy. It is suitable for fresh consumption and canning. Root crops and leaves are used as food. A two-year-old plant (the first year forms the main root, the second forms the flower stem). It forms globose, medium-sized roots with a dark red fleshy part. Healthy, smooth, and nutritious.
